Werk! Werk!

The lovely Chloe aka @pegasusunicorn was over from Perth this week so we had a great workout together before heading to Bondi Wholefoods for lunch. Here is the ab workout we did:

  • Side plank 30 sec hold (repeat each side) 
  • Oblique sit up and crunch x 20 (each side)
  • Roman twist x 20 (each side)
  • Cycle crunch x 20 (each side)
  • Vertical leg crunch x 20
  • Crunches x 40

REPEAT X 3
