So I am headed overseas for Nike! I will be doing plenty of running over there. Here are some of the ways I stay motivated:
1. Make a play list with songs with a fast-paced tempo.
2. Buying new running gear.
3. Mixing up my running location. I alternate between land and soft sand to train different parts of my body.
4. I also mix up long distance runs and interval training.
5. Using a navigation app like NikePlus or monitoring distance and heart rate with the Samsung Galaxy Fit.
