Saturday Sweat Session

My trainer Alexa Towersey (@actionalexa) took a group of us through this full body circuit yesterday. 

Warmup:

  • 2 X 10 mountain climber
  • 2 X 5 wall squat
  • 2 X 10 squat
  • 2 X 10 dislocates
  • 2 X 5 squat to stand
  • 2 X 5 goblet squat

Workout MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) style:

  • Rope whipsmash 30 secs
  • Slam to burpee 30 secs
  • Thruster 30 secs
  • Split jumps 30 secs
    • 3 rounds of each 
  • 60 secs FLR
  • 90 secs rest
