Here are the three little life hacks I do every day which I find have helped me a lot!

1. Have warm lemon water first thing in the morning to alkaline your body and give your metabolism a quick start. Add apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper if you are brave enough.
2. Add cinnamon to your oats. Your liver will thank you for it.
3. Skip meat at least once a week. It’s not only good for the planet but it’s good to give your body a break from having to process so hard
